Free Merge PDF Tool
This free tool merges up to 10 PDF files into one document. Choose the files in the order you want them, press the button and download a single PDF with every page in sequence. It keeps text, links and images as they are. There is no signup and no watermark, and each file is deleted from our server as soon as the merge ends.

About this tool
Reports, invoices, scans and signed forms often arrive as separate PDF files. Sending six attachments is clumsy, and some portals accept only one upload. Merging gives you a single file that opens in order, prints in one go and is easier to archive or email.
The merge is done with qpdf, an open source tool that joins the page objects of each file without redrawing them. That means text stays selectable, images keep their quality and the result is rarely larger than the sum of the inputs. Files are joined exactly in the order you select them, so rename them with numbers first if your browser lists them differently.
A few limits apply. Each file can be up to 20 MB, and the total for one merge is 60 MB. Password protected files cannot be merged until the password is removed, so run them through the Unlock PDF tool first. Form fields from different files can clash if they share a name, which only matters if you plan to keep filling the form in.
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the order of the merged pages?
Files are joined in the order you select them in the file picker. If your system sorts them differently, add numbers to the file names such as 01, 02 and 03 before you upload. The result table shows the final order and the page count of each file.
Is there a limit on file size or number of files?
You can merge up to 10 files in one go. Each file may be up to 20 MB and the combined size of one merge is capped at 60 MB. For bigger jobs, compress the files first or merge them in two rounds.
Can I merge password protected PDFs?
Not directly. A file that needs a password to open cannot be read by the merge. Remove the password first with the Unlock PDF tool on this site, then merge the unlocked copies.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, not redrawn or recompressed, so text stays sharp and images keep their quality. If you also want a smaller file, run the merged result through the Compress PDF tool.
Are my files stored?
No. Your file is written to a private temporary folder, processed for the length of the request and deleted straight after, whether the job worked or not. We do not keep copies, build a library of uploads or read the content of your documents.
