The structured questionnaire and reference discussion we run before any design work exists precisely to prevent this situation.

Do I get full ownership and the original files?

Yes. On final payment you receive the vector masters in AI, EPS and SVG along with PNG and PDF exports, and complete ownership of the mark transfers to you. We never resell, template or reuse your logo. Showing the work in our portfolio happens only with your permission, and declining is completely fine.
